LPM Restaurant & Bar and Domaine Figuière Join Forces to Create their Very Own Cuvée

Home of celebrated French Mediterranean cuisine, LPM Restaurant & Bar is thrilled to announce a new collaboration with Domaine Figuière, located in the picturesque region of Provence. Celebrating the successful relationship between LPM and Figuière over the last 10 years, the two have come together to create a limited edition cuvée: LPM x Figuière which goes on sale in Hong Kong on Saturday, June 10 - International Rosé Day. Rosé has always been an integral part of LPM's culinary experience, with a wine menu that is far from ordinary. 

For over a decade, LPM around the world has listed their rosés first, before the white wines and champagnes. And with around twenty different rosés to choose from, with at least five available by the glass, it's clear that they take their rosé seriously. Andrea Fasan, LPM’s Global Head Sommelier & Wine Buyer, mentions, “Rosé is probably the oldest known type of wine, dating back as far as 600 BC. At LPM, wine, and rosé in particular, is a part of our history, and we ensure that our wines can dance beautifully around the dishes on our menu. They are emblematic in that they are what you’ll find most often on the tables of the Riviera throughout the decades, a symbol of friendship, freedom, golden days together and good times. They represent happiness. And for the most part, they come from Provence, the land where our own journey began.” 

No surprise, then, that LPM has decided to collaborate with Figuière to create the limited edition cuvée. To honour this collaboration and celebrate International Rosé Day taking place every second Saturday of June, LPM Hong Kong will offer the new rosé during the lunch service on June 10, and during the La Vie en Rosé Sunday brunch on June 11. 

It will also be available for sale by the glass from June 12 onwards. Showcasing its commitment to offering the finest culinary experience, LPM connected its Head Sommeliers from around the world and gave them the opportunity to travel to the South of France and meet with rosé producers, including the Combard family from Domaine Figuière. 

This trip resulted in creating the first-ever LPM x Figuière cuvée, a testament to the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of Figuière wines and LPM's commitment to its employees. "

We had the great opportunity to travel to Domaine Figuière, which truly represents our essence," said Gregg Lambert, LPM’s Wine Manager, member of Elite Somms UAE, and Gault & Millau’s shortlisted sommelier of the year for 2023. 

"Along with the Head Sommeliers from other LPMs worldwide and the Combard family, we connected, and together we created our first limited edition cuvée." LPM Restaurant & Bar is immensely proud of this latest collaboration with Domaine Figuière, and their limited edition cuvée is a testament to their decade-long successful partnership. 

With the global launch of the LPM x Figuière cuvée in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Miami, London, Limassol and Hong Kong, LPM is excited to invite guests to savour the taste of this exceptional wine and enjoy an unforgettable dining experience.
