Outdoor Sunday brunches in an Al Fresco setting has long been one of Hong Kong's most-loved social occasions during the breezy season, and this fun tradition has just become even more exciting with the launch of the much anticipated Tapas Brunch at Tapas Bar on the 15th of December.

Popular with guests for its fun and shareable dishes and creative tipples, Tapas Bar's new offering of bottomless a la minute tapas is perfect for brunch enthusiasts who want to enjoy a true Spanish fiesta experience on the weekend!

The new Tapas Brunch experience offers guests a host of alluring choices prepared a la minute to allow brunchers to savour sharing dishes. The menu features a sumptuous range of all-time tapas classics such as tuna and watermelon ceviche, traditional Spanish tortilla, grilled octopus with sweet peppers and rucola pesto, apple cider-glazed chorizo and homemade churros, as well as signature crowd-pleasers such as whole suckling pig and seafood, chorizo and chicken paella in large pans.

In the true tradition of a Sunday Brunch, the experience is rounded off with free-flowing Cava, Spanish cocktails, beer, selected wines, and juices that pair perfectly with flavourful Spanish cuisine.

The new Tapas Brunch menu is available at HKD590 +10% per guest every Sunday from 1 pm to 4 pm. For reservations and enquiries, guests may call (852) 2733 8988.

Tapas Bar is a wine bar where guests can find a wide selection of New World wines and complemented with the entrancing views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island. The tapas counter with food display overlooks the action in the open kitchen. Guests can choose to enjoy a glass of wine and international tapas in the comfort of the bar or under the stars in the open air.
