Kicking off on 8 April, the programme starts by rolling out short 30+ minutes experiences, guided by lululemon ambassadors, members of the sweat collective alongside other guest speakers including singer-songwriter Yoyo Sham, and will end with a music show featuring singers Janice Vidal and Jay Fung, on lululemon's social media platforms for seven consecutive days.

The pandemic has added substantial burden on Hong Kongers' physical and mental wellbeing. As a firm believer of empowering the community through sweating and growing together, lululemon invited talents from various fields to join hands in staging the seven-day online wellness retreat which features virtual sweat classes, mindfulness sessions and music performances.

This holistic wellbeing journey inspires Hong Kongers to spare a moment to relax and restore, focusing inward on their own physical and mental wellbeing.

Designed to guide guests through a process of discovering oneself, embracing emotions, and reenergizing through meaningful connections, the series highlights:

lululemon-curated workshop Self-discovery: Explore the Power of Values in life choices with sharing by guest speakers Camille Cheng, Hong Kong elite swimmer and lululemon legacy ambassador and Yoyo Sham, singer-songwriter on how values guide their life decisions in life, inspiring guests to live a more fulfilled life.

Take Your Mind on Vacation: Immersive nature sound experience for guests to unwind and discover inner peace, guided by Amanda Yik, founder of Shinrin Yoku Hong Kong and award-winning Certified Forest Therapy Guide, and Aymeric Vollant, sound enthusiast and mindfulness instructor.

IG Live Chat: The Power of being Vulnerable where our host Aaron Stadlin-Robbie, founder of Talking Mental, opens up on the topics of vulnerability and strength with members of our store team.

The seven-day programme concludes with a Rest & Restore Music Gathering brought by singers Janice Vidal and Jay Fung, ending this journey with beautiful and healing tunes.

Relax & Restore Online Wellness Retreat kicks off on 8 April 2022.
