“It is an honour to have two of our restaurants recognized by The Michelin Guide. Our success stems from the team’s commitment to reach the pinnacle of culinary and service excellence, and we celebrate this achievement with all our distinguished guests," said Amanda Hyndman, General Manager and Area Vice President, Operations. Leading the hotel’s culinary team is Executive Chef Robin Zavou.

Right by his side is Chef de Cuisine Simon Guthridge at Mandarin Grill + Bar, and Executive Chinese Chef Wing-Keung Wong at Man Wah, who both lead the success in each of their restaurants respectively. "To be recognized by the highest standard in the culinary world is a true testament of the labour of love that everyone has contributed. Our mission is to continue to be a world-class dining destination worth visiting, and we look forward to delighting guests with star-worthy experiences," said Chef Zavou.
